Byzantine Rope with Red Crystal

Segments of Byzantine chain separated with matte red Swarovski crystals and brass-plated roundels.  The clasp is a shepherds hook and eye of brass-plated pewter.  This same necklace is also available with brilliant sapphire-blue Swarovski crystals.

 

 

Golden Snowball & Glass Quartz Rope

Simple and elegant ... this 18" beauty is a play on the classic string of pearls, except using some wonderful modern elements.  I'm not exactly sure what sort of bead the "Snowball" is, but it's pretty and lightweight, definitely man-made.  It has a slightly bluish frosty effect going.  The spacers are antiqued brass plated roundels.  The clasp is a simple hook and eye of 14k gold fill.

Imagine this in solid gold!  In our dreams.  I settled for gold-plated jump rings to make the Byzantine chain which is the base from which the beautiful malachite beads and their gold vermeil daisy accents are suspended.  Gold vermeil S-hook clasp.

 

 

 

Agate and Carnelian Festoon (One of a kind)

A beautiful agate with dark red-orange bands hung from a two-strand festoon made with 14k gold-fill handcrafted chain and faceted carnelian beads.  The clasp is a simple 14k gold-fill hook & eye.  Necklace measures 17.25" on the inside strands.  Very easy to change length if necessary.

 

 

Swarovski Leaves (One of a kind)

This is stunning!  The Swarovski crystal leaves have been treated with an after-market finish that gives the crystals a beautiful smoky cast of subtle browns and greens.  The 29" chain is a 14k gold-fill flat bar style and the pearls are champagne-color freshwater.  14k gold-fill trigger clasp.

 

 

 

Fire Opal Crystal and Jasper

This 18.5" necklaces is made with a beautiful jasper stone of mottled orange/dark brown/milky display.  The Swarovski crystal is their fire opal color which blazes alongside the brass chainmaille snippets.  Everything is linked with 14k gold-fill; the clasp is 14k gold-fill hook and eye.

 

 

 

Hot Pink Agate (One of a kind)

This dyed agate is definitely pretty in pink!  The 14k gold-fill flat bar chain measures 16" and is accented with Dark Rose and Fuchsia Swarovksi crystals and gold-fill stardust beads.  The clasp is a simple 14k gold-fill hook and eye.

 

 

 

Mud Fish Maille

This is a very special fish!  I found him at Bally Beads in Rockwall, TX.  After dressing him with Swarovski crystal and brass, I put him on a chain of maille made from brass-plated rings.  The large accents beads are also brass-plated.  The clasp is a simple hook and eye.

 

 

 

Malachite Lapis Lazuli Rope (One of a kind)

This 34" (it's been doubled on the bust) necklace is made with a gorgeous combination of faceted malachite and heishi lapis lazuli accented by gold vermeil daisy spacers.  The chainmaille portion was crafter with gold-plated rings. 

 

 

 

Olive Agate Maille (One of a kind)

Rich olive tones band this agate geode.  The chain is the Byzantine weave broken up with spacers made of Khaki-colored Swarovski crystals and brass plated roundels.  The chain is made from antiqued brass-plated rings and have a nice olive hue.
